Very interesting rework of the shout mechanic.

Can each character be only effected by one "Aria", "Anthem", and "Lyric" chant at a time? Or are they completely identical? Both versions have their merits; the second one would prevent that multiple Paragons in one team become too strong, and the second one would make balancing easier.

I really like the idea for the "Chorus" chants.

Ballad of Restoration would be way to powerful though; for ~5 energy it heals up to 180 health for each team member in shout range, that's as much as your version of Song of Restoration would heal if it directly starts with a +6 health regeneration.

To clarify, the only new limitation for all chants is that new copies of the same chant do not replace old ones. Each character can be effected by any number of chants, however, they cannot be renewed at will.

For Ballad, I feel that the first few hits from foe will be wasted while they are above 80% health. If you're above it, you're not getting healed at all. In a pressure situation, it gets dissipated quickly with lowered effect, but it's ironically most effective defending against a spike. Plausible nerfs reducing the 80%, or increasing the per-hit reduction to 10.
